Summarise your role in one paragraph
I am the new Business Development Manager at Trenches Law, which sees me support the senior management team with new business – ensuring everything is in place to guarantee a smooth onboarding process.
What is your favourite part of your position at Trenches Law?
I love that every day is different, and the company is extremely supportive and approachable – for colleagues and clients alike.
Which one word do you think your colleagues would use to describe you?
Happy – whatever the weather, I try to arrive at work with a smile on my face and a spring in my step.
What word do you think best describes Trenches Law?
Pioneering.
What’s been the most satisfying moment of your Trenches Law career so far?
Being approached by Sharon and Terry with the offer of a new role within the company, without a doubt. It was so lovely that they’d seen a potential in me that I hadn’t, and acted upon their beliefs to help me advance in my career.
If one of your colleagues could win an award (industry or office-related) who would it be and why?
Not so much a colleague, but the company as a whole! I’d love to see Trenches Law win the Barrier Removal Award at Connected Britain, to recognise the impact our automation solution is having on the roll-out of full fibre across the UK.
What are your hopes for Trenches Law in the coming year?
To continue learning and growing within the company – I’m so grateful for the opportunities Trenches Law has provided me with.
