Summarise your role in one paragraph

As a Client Services Manager, I am responsible for key client accounts, ensuring effective operational delivery of wayleave acquisitions services for major telecommunication FTTP projects.

What is your favourite part of your position at Trenches Law?

Leading a team of highly talented and dedicated people where customer service is at the heart of every decision or course of action we take.

Which one word do you think your colleagues would use to describe you?

Adaptable.

What word do you think best describes Trenches Law?

Fellowship.

What’s been the most satisfying moment of your Trenches Law career so far?

Not a moment as such, but the genuine warmth and trust that I have been shown by all my wonderful colleagues. Trenches Law has a real family spirit and genuinely wants to meet the needs of all its employees and clients. I feel privileged at the opportunities I have been given and the ongoing support I receive for both my personal and professional development.

If one of your colleagues could win an award (industry or office-related) who would it be and why?

James Collins, who has recently completed his probationary period and embodies the true sense of collaborative working – supporting me and his other team members wherever needed, sharing ideas and always utilising a solutions-driven approach to any challenges we face.

What are your hopes for Trenches Law in the coming year?

For continued growth, development and success – providing unrivalled opportunities for both existing and new colleagues to the business.
