Summarise your role in one paragraph
I currently play quite a dynamic and varied role within the team, from supporting our Wayleave Officers – and working closely with our Operations Director on strategy and reporting – through to managing some of the more complex wayleave applications and customer enquiries.
What is your favourite part of your position at Trenches?
Without a doubt, it’s helping out colleagues and our clients – I’m incredibly people-focused and get a genuine lift when I know I’ve made someone feel better or provided an improvement.
Which one word do you think your colleagues would use to describe you?
Supportive.
What word do you think best describes Trenches Law?
Innovative.
What’s been the most satisfying moment of your Trenches Law career so far?
Building solid relationships with the Trenches Law family. Despite the challenges that 2020 has presented, we’ve forged a strong bond in a very short time – and all this without even meeting face-to- face!
What do you love about the office?
I’m currently working remotely so it would have to be the technology solutions we have in place. I was very impressed with how smoothly everything went on my first day and that I was ‘live’ within a few minutes.
If one of your colleagues could win an award (industry or office-related) who would it be and why?
Anna Hagglund, who is without a doubt one of the best marketing specialists we could ask for. Anna really understands the Trenches Law brand and is helping to both build and drive it forward in every way possible.
What are your hopes for Trenches Law in the coming year?
I know that the business is on the right path and that growth is in the pipeline. I’m very excited to play my part in helping the company develop, by using the experience that I have gained over 20 years’ in the telecoms sector.
