Supporting SaaS, software and digital service providers
For SaaS providers and software businesses, your contracts are central to how you operate. They shape your relationship with customers, define service expectations, manage liability, protect intellectual property and set out what happens if things go wrong.
We can help with the legal documents and contract structures needed to support your growth, including customer terms, supplier agreements, licensing arrangements and service level commitments.
Technology procurement and supplier agreements
If your business is investing in new technology, systems, platforms or cloud services, we can help review and negotiate the contracts that sit behind those arrangements.
This includes helping you understand your rights, obligations, liability exposure, data responsibilities, termination options and service commitments before you sign.
Data Privacy & Cybersecurity
We also support businesses with the legal requirements surrounding data protection and cybersecurity, including:
GDPR compliance
UK Data Protection Act compliance
Privacy policies and notices
Data processing agreements
Cyber breach assistance
From day-to-day compliance to urgent support following a cyber incident, we can help you understand your obligations and take appropriate next steps.
