The award submission focused on our innovative tool which accelerates clients’ builds and handles tens of thousands more wayleaves per week – by automating the investigation, creation, and distribution of agreements, without additional human resources.
Our solution – launched during the Covid-19 pandemic – was in response to recognising that 20-30% of properties in a build project require wayleave consent, and we know exactly how complex, costly and time-consuming these applications can be.
Taking over 600 hours to develop, we brought the system to market enabling clients to send a digital map of their network build phase to us, which then automatically interrogates the Land Registry and other available databases, to identify all relevant wayleave stakeholders, and preparing everything for distribution.
